    Kaalukirurgia Keskus is one of the region's largest private bariatric surgery clinics, performing over 600 operations per year.

    Our brief was to:

    • Increase the number of enquiries in key target markets: Finland, Sweden, Norway, the UK, Ireland and Estonia.
    • Reduce the average cost per enquiry across all marketing channels.
    • Increase the average enquiry conversion rate.
    • Grow revenue by €1 million per year.

    The Challenge

    The Kaalukirurgia Keskus customer profile is comparatively unique, which meant we needed thorough market research, psychographic customer profiles and a step-by-step marketing plan to achieve strong results.

    These tools needed to deliver improvements across four areas: more enquiries for the same budget; a clearer overview of data flows and the metrics that matter; retargeting systems to increase enquiry conversion rates; and more personalised enquiry handling with tailored email marketing automations.
