No. After the initial 3-month commitment (which exists because good marketing needs at least one full Dig-to-Chase cycle to prove itself), everything is month-to-month. We believe the dashboard and the results should be the reason you stay — not a contract. That said, our average client relationships last 2+ years, because when growth is working, nobody wants to stop.
Scout and Fetch start with a 3-month minimum — just long enough to get a good sense of quality and fit — then it's month-to-month. We don't trap clients in 12-month contracts because we don't need to. If the dashboard shows results, you'll stay. If it doesn't, we'll work overtime to make it work.
